Contract Attorney Disbarred for Overbilling

You don’t see this too often.  The Legal Profession Blog reports that a contract attorney has been disbarred after petitions were filed against him for (1) billing fraud and (2) attempted murder.  It’s unknown if the two petitions arise out of related facts.  Here’s the short post: Contract Attorney Disbarred, and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court opinion.  Mind your bills, folks.
